This book came out in 1997 and my copy is part of my Marge Clark cookbook collection.

Marge's recipes and cookbooks are lovely.

The 410 pages in this cookbook incorporate herbs from the garden. Marge was a gardener, so her cookbooks included all kinds of growing information and plant history.

Marge's recipes are organized by herbs. Her Lemon Verbena Pound Cake and her Roasted Marinated Pepper Salad are personal favorites of mine.
